ASSAD ULLAH JARAL (Advocate High Courts)

Mr. Assad is a graduate of Government College University, Lahore, and law graduate of University of the Punjab. He has exposure in multiple disciplines and has gained diverse working experience with telecommunication and media enterprises. He is heading operations of the firm as Managing Partner. Prior to his current work profile, he has worked as Research Analyst with United Nations Development Programme. He was also in full time employment with Warid Telecom (Private) Limited as Assistant Manager Legal Affairs, and M/s Ahmer Bilal Soofi (ABS & Co.) as an Associate Counsel.

Mr. Assad also teaches law in public (Audit & Accounts Training Institute of the Auditor General, Pakistan) and private (STEP) institutions for degree courses and special training programs. He is active on the social front and works as Resource Person with Child Rights Cell-a joint project of UNICEF Pakistan and Directorate of Social Welfare Department.

TAMOOR AFZAL (Advocate High Courts)

Mr. Tamoor is a law graduate of University of the Punjab and an old Ravian of Government College University. He has been practicing law before the Courts of Sessions, Civil Court, Magisterial Courts, High Courts, Banking Courts and Board of Revenue. He is a skillful draftsman   of complex agreements, joint venture and commercial transactions and is gifted with great analytical skills.   

TAHIR YOUNAS WAIN (Advocate High Courts)

Mr. Tahir did his law graduation from University of the Punjab and started his legal career from ABS & Co. as Trainee Lawyer. His legal acumen developed swiftly and made him progressed to Faisal Bank Limited and M/s Huawei Technologies Pakistan (Private) Limited as an in-house legal counsel. He is currently looking after civil litigation and legal issues regarding financial/corporate transactions.

OMER YAQOOB (Litigation Manager)

Mr. Omer is an experienced paralegal with experience of 6 years under his belt. He manages litigation portfolio of the firm and frequently interacts with courts’ staff during proceedings of a case.  

KHALID HASSAN (Office Manager)

Mr. Hassan has a decade of active paralegal experience. He interacts with the clients on behalf of the firm and maintains continuous communication and excellent rapport between clients and the firm. 

SHAFAQ BANO (Graphic Designer)

Ms. Shafaq is a graduate of College of Art and Design, University of the Punjab. She is currently completing her Masters from College of Art and Design, University of the Punjab and works part time with the firm. Firm’s interior décor, publishing materials and website design is the product of her creative skills and hard work.

SAAD ULLAH (Finance Executive)

Mr. Saad looks after firm’s accounts on part time basis and is completing his business graduation from Lahore School of Economics (LSE).
